Q1: Where is your Factory? How can I visit your company?
A1: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We could pick you up from the hotel you live when you come to Shenzhen.
Q2: Warranty?
A2: Normally it's one year, but it will be 2 years if you can be our agent
Q3: Can I get some Samples? Are your samples free or need cost?
A3: It can be free, but anyway we have to charge for the samples first, the sample charge can be returned after official order placed.
Q4: Could you please make OEM for us?
A4: Surely yes.OEM&ODM, any your customized alarm system we can help you to design and put into product
Q5: How long can I get your samples?
A5: For samples, it will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days after payment. The samples will be sent to you by express.
